Due to the unique nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we do offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective.
Exchange Policy for Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you may request an exchange within 1 days of receiving your order. Please follow these steps to initiate an exchange:
Contact Us: Email us at info@howkly.co.in within 3 days of receiving your product. Include your order number, Unboxing video, a brief description of the issue, and your contact details.
Provide Proof: Attach clear photos and a video of the damaged or defective product to your email. This will help us assess the issue and process your exchange request more efficiently.
Approval & Exchange: Once we receive your request and review the provided evidence, we will contact you with approval for the exchange. Upon approval, we will arrange for the damaged or defective item to be replaced.
- Refund: Refund provide in www.howkly.co.in website wallet credit in 7 days after you can use any time .
Note: The exchange will only be processed if the item is returned in its original packaging, with tags intact, and unused. Howkly reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the item shows signs of wear or misuse.

Important Notes
- No Returns: We do not accept returns for any reason other than the product being damaged or defective or wrong product deliver .
- Exchange Timeline: The exchange process may take up to 7-10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Non-Eligibility: Items not reported within 1 days of receipt or without the required proof (photos and video) will not be eligible for an exchange.
- Shipping charge : if you replace the received product then need to pay rs.180 and if we not pick up your parcel then you need to deliver parcel our location address, after we receive goods then ship your replaced order. this service only for Indian clients only. for international buyer need to return parcel them self or for pickup request pay $90
